With the development of microcomputer control technology and Power Electric device, the AC motor variable frequency speed regulation technology also receive considerable progress, and it is applied widely. However, regular ac drive systems often adopt an uncontrollable rectifier, so it has a lot of disadvantages, such as high harmonic pollution with input current, low power factor in the grid side and energy irreversibility.Dual-PWM variable frequency speed regulation system which be put forward in this paper is based in AC-DC-AC configuration. The system adopts PWM controllable rectifier, it has several advantages such as its the grid side current like sine-wave approximately, power factor in the grid side is close to 1,quicker dynamic response, bidirectional power transmit, then we realize energy-conservation speed regulation.In chapter 1,introduce the development and application prospect of Dual-PWM variable frequency speed regulation system,analyse the meaning of this paper.In chapter 2, the basic structure and operation principle of the dual-PWM induction motor variable frequency drive system are studied in this paper.In chapter 3,this paper designs the control system for three-phase voltage source PWM rectifier(VSR).The main work includes the modeling of the system, the controller parameter setting, and the control system simulation.In chapter 4,this paper researches the control system for the PWM inverter, the simulation model is built on the basis of dynamics analysis for induction motor.In chapter 5,by the deduction of the rectifier and inverter power dynamics, a master-slave control model for coordinated control, is used and simulated for the dual-PWM converter system.Finally, the experiment system is designed. The system design includes main circuit, control circuit, sampling circuit and so on. The design uses 2407DSP chip of TI Company and receives preliminary result. The production of this paper is valuable for the dual-PWM speed regulation system research and development.
