With the rapid development of industry, the requirements of various kinds of mechanical performance and products quality have increased gradually. The mechanical products driven by only one motor can't meet the demand of modern Hi-Tech development in some occasions, people need double or even more motors to drive mechanism together. In this paper, we studied a kind of Vertical Spindle Impact Crusher which is driven by double-motor connected with common shaft. The two motors connected with common shaft have the same rotational speed because of the common shaft. But even they have the same model, and they're made in the same factory, their mechanical characteristic is different. So when the two motors drive the common load, their respective load power are always balanced. It is very bad to the two motors' service life and the system reliability.So, to design a load power balanced system driven by double squirrel-cage motors connected with the common shaft is the research target in this paper.A kind of control scheme of the master slave control is proposed according to the characteristics of the mechanism driven by double motors. Namely select the master motor and the slave motor, the former is supplied power by the electric wire netting directly, the latter adopts the method of frequency conversion. The slave motor runs follow the torque of the master motor through controlling the input voltage of the frequency converter to change the supply power frequency and then change the torque characteristics of slave motor. Then the load power of two motors are balanced. And the mathematics model of the control system has been set up after the system scheme designing and theoretical demonstration. Besides, the fuzzy control strategy is proposed, and the algorithm of fuzzy control is also designed, including the realization of the two dimensional fuzzy controller, the stator current error and the error change rate are chosen chosen to be the input of the fuzzy controller, it respectively shows the fuzzy quantization, the fuzzy consequence, the fuzzy judge. How to complete the fuzzy matrix and how to acquire the inquiry table of fuzzy controller are also explained. At last, comparative analysis of two control algorithms' emulational results is made, one is PID control, the other is fuzzy control. The emulational results indicate that the fuzzy control strategy can make more satisfactory performance.
