Quality Track And Management Based On Manufacturing Process Of Military Products

The quality of military products is ensured with manufacturing process, and the ultimate quality of product mostly rests with the process, so it's very important to how to track and manage the quality information of product manufacturing. This thesis, comes from"PTM2 system to support military factory"of Base Research of Committee of Science Technology and Industry for National defense. The purpose is that assure machining and assembly quality of structural components totally, to attain the request of high reliability, high safety, traceability.Quality Bills of Materials system orienting all quality activities in factory operational process is built. As a reasonable and effective carrier and organic form of product quality data stream, Quality BOM is based on product structure and configuration and helpful to implement better product statistical quality process control to resolve data separation. Based on the mode, analyzing the important manufacturing quality indexes and manufacturing process of the military products, the thesis establishes the model for assuring manufacturing process quality, which expresses the relationship between important quality indexes of manufacturing process and the manufacturing process, and the relationship between internal manufacturing process. Based on the model, the thesis proposes the algorithm deciding the important manufacturing process, which can be used to decide the important parts of manufacturing process; and proposes the algorithm affecting unqualified index of manufacturing quality, which can be used to find the process affecting the unqualified index.In view of the manufacturing feature and manufacturing process problems of the military products, the thesis proposes manufacturing quality controlling model, which integrates the manufacturing process, manufacturing performance and manufacturing quality inspection. The model can accomplish the inspection plan designing, quality controlling, harmonization of manufacturing process, and quality statistical analysis behind manufacturing. In the process of manufacturing, we can assure the manufacturing process being in controlled state by analyzing the manufacturing process capability value with current chart.
