Some questions lead to the appearance of the disuse workshop. For example, these workshops located in different district and made use of the large and expensive lands. These industrial workshops polluted the environment badly. In the same way, we are faced with the question that many disuse workshops will be rebuilt and utilized again. How to do the security appraisal before the disuse workshop will be rebuilt; how to estimate the value of disuse workshop and make it clear; how to choose the project; how to come true the reasonable exploitation of disuse resource of industrial construction and come into being a complete set of system about the value evaluation of the disuse workshop.The paper discussed the security appraisal of the industrial building by the combination of the Analytical hierarchy process and the matter-element theory. By the value evaluation, the paper introduced a new method of calculating system about influence factors of value evaluation. The AHP method has been employed in the choice of projects about rebuild of the industrial buildings. In the end, the paper established a complete set of system about the value evaluation of the disuse workshop. And it is illuminated about the feasibility by the example.
