| Since the 19 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,the national economy has developed rapidly.As the top priority of the national economy,transportation has played an extremely important role in my country’s economic development.Transportation development has shifted from the pursuit of speed to more and more quality.In order to accelerate the construction of a powerful transportation country and build a modern comprehensive three-dimensional transportation network,it is urgent to promote the integrated development of multiple transportation modes such as railways,highways,water transportation and civil aviation.The rapid construction of highways cannot be separated from the later maintenance management and old road reconstruction.In the highway reconstruction project,the most important content is the detection and evaluation of the original pavement performance.Based on the typical pavement characteristics of K142 ~ K162 section of the G338 National Road from Yanchi to Hongsibao Reconstruction Project and the key points of reconstruction,this thesis proposes to repair the crack rate of asphalt pavement and asphalt pavement in view of the disadvantage that the PCI value of the current standard pavement damage status index cannot truly reflect the damage status.The area rate is combined with the pavement damage rate of removing cracks and repair diseases(DR),the roughness index(IRI),and the pavement structure strength coefficient(SSI)to form an improved pavement evaluation system,and the analytic hierarchy process is used to determine the subjective weight of the index,and the entropy weight method determines the objective weight of the index.Those who form a comprehensive weight,fully consider subjective and objective factors,evaluate the severity of pavement disease in the old road reconstruction project,and establish a pavement performance evaluation model based on matter-element theory.Comparing the evaluation results of the matter element with the PQI in the specification,it is concluded that:(1)Combine asphalt pavement crack rate and repair rate with pavement damage rate of removing cracks and repair diseases(DR),smoothness index(IRI),pavement structural strength coefficient(SSI)to form a new pavement performance evaluation system,which is applied to asphalt pavement performance evaluation It can make up for the deficiencies of the original evaluation system to a certain extent.(2)Use the analytic hierarchy process to determine the subjective weight of indicators,and the entropy method to determine the objective weight of indicators.The two form a comprehensive weight,which can fully consider the impact of subjective and objective factors,and balance the adverse effects of relying on a single weight.(3)The matter-element evaluation model is closer to reality than the PQI evaluation method,and can scientifically and reasonably evaluate the performance of the reconstructed highway pavement.Compared with the results obtained by using the TOPSIS-based pavement performance evaluation method,the accuracy of the matter-element evaluation model is further improved through the closeness ranking. |
