The increasing demand of high-rise buildings and the transformation of old urban areas,resulting in the need to meet the requirements of the construction site of the folding jib tower crane has become an indispensable construction equipment.The lattice jib structure is to ensure that the folding arm type tower crane working area,construction precision,bearing capacity,work efficiency and other functions of the main parts,the development process of the structure design level related to our folding arm type tower crane.The current in the folding arm type tower crane jib structure in the field of design theory is relatively small,and there is no unified design standard,this paper folding arm type tower crane jib structure as the research object,developed a set of software analysis system of parameterized modeling and optimal design for development,to develop a unified standard folding arm type tower crane provides an important reference value.The folding arm type tower crane jib structure as the research object,according to the distribution features of folding arm type tower crane truss structure,the controlling parameter of the geometric model size were extracted,including geometric parameters,boundary conditions of model parameters,material properties and real constant parameters.The boundary condition parameters mainly refer to the load parameters of the structure.The extracted parameters are combined with the APDL language to build a parametric model which can reflect the actual constraints and forces.In order to ensure the jib structure safety and rationality,follow the most unfavorable load combination calculation principle of metal structure,the maximum load in the load combination working state analysis,ensure arm structure in the most dangerous working conditions,to meet the objective conditions of relevant data on the truss requirements.Then,taking the geometric dimensions of the boom as the design variables,and taking the weight of the frame structure as the objective function,the light weight of the structure is solved under the condition of the most dangerous working conditions.Finally,taking VC as research and development platform,combined with ANSYS software,a set of convenient operation and universal arm structure parametric design and analysis system is developed.
