Asphalt pavement has predominant service performance and widely used, one of the most important affected factors of the asphalt pavement durability is considered as the pavement compaction, in order to ensure the pavement effective compaction, it is necessary that analysis of the compacting is based on material characteristic of asphalt mixture, getting the relative of the compaction displacement with load change and time change.The paper has analyzed asphalt material rheological performance through the Brookfield rotary viscosity and induced the relative asphalt viscosity with asphalt mixture stiff module. As far as the research of the material constitutive theory, semi-empirical method normally used in engineering fields, which some mechanics to materials test based on the principles and the basic theory, and has conveyed certain conditions to the material characteristic. By the many asphalt mixture of the MTS compaction test and the SGC-compaction test, and established the hot asphalt mixture constitutive relationship of viscoelasticity-plastisity theory by the basic principles and methods; A lot of the MTS test results were fitted by Origin6.0 software and got the model material parameters. Through analysis of the compacted theory to the vibration roller and the asphalt mixture, has established the vibration mechanics models and movement equation. Asphalt mixture on the scene compaction the analysis of nonlinear temperature field theory, and effective compaction time was calculated in accordance with the laws of the decreasing temperature.Being based on the above testing and analysis, with a FEM program, ANSYS software, used creep material characteristic, through the MTS test results nonlinear fit and integrated the min. distance law, attained creep material parameters c1 , c 2, c 3, c 4. The asphalt pavement vibration compacted process simulated research to the two critical state of the vibration roller. The mechanics response of pavement structure under load is calculated, and the sensitivity analysis of different load and different flexible modules with time change is researched.
