| The structure style and parameters of automobile suspension system have direct influence on the two key performances of automobiles: comfort and security. Intelligent suspension has the incomparable advantage over the traditional suspension as it could enhance the comfort and security, bringing the suspension system self-adaptability to environment. So intelligent suspension is the significant tendency of automobile suspension. Controller is an important component of intelligent suspension system. Because it's convenient to do various algorithm researches with PC, present researches on controllers of intelligent suspension system almost stay in the stage based on PC. However, along with the development of intelligent suspension, the controller design must be finalized to meet the need of industrialization. Therefore, based on the present researches, miniaturized and low-power-dissipation controller for Automobile Intelligent suspension System is researched in this thesis. The main works are the following:(1) The characteristics of automobile intelligent suspension and engineering application of MR fluid as well as MR damper are generalized. The significance of research on intelligent suspension controller is expatiated. The state of the art of intelligent suspension controller is summarized, and the problems arisen in research are analyzed.(2) The need and realization approach of miniaturization and low-power dissipation are analyzed according to the research background and the request of industrialization of intelligent suspension. The main system is designed using controlling chip TMS320LF2407 from TI as center processing unit, and the structure frame is constructed.(3) System hardware is designed: the front signal is processed by using scale amplification circuit with precision resistor added amplifier to make signal match the AD input of 2407; the front signal is filtered by hardware filter scheme with 8th order Butterworth low-pass filter chip MAX291 and anti-DC circuit; the signal from 8 channel is switched by a multiplex switch MAX4051, so the volume and power dissipation of the controller system are reduced; power is supplied by a dual power supply circuit to give system adequate energy and reduce the interference.(4) The software realization method of miniaturized and low-power-dissipation... |
