The automobile suspension system decides the car go getting smooth-going and stability. With the rapid development of national highway and people's living level unceasing enhancement, the market for high-performance suspension demand is more and more big, the air suspension with its excellent performance of vibration reduction in auto vibration control get more and more widely. This paper is based on the realistic need to automobile active air suspension system is studied.Air spring suspension system is a very complicated system. Firstly, this paper introduces the characteristics of air spring and the characteristics of air suspension to influence of vehicle performance, sensors and sensor data fusion related theory, and choose some sensors.Then, the paper analyzes the characteristics of air spring suspension based on established 1/4 suspension two degrees of freedom vehicle dynamics model, the BP neural network algorithm used in air suspension control system, established the neural network model, and in the light of 1/4 suspension system, design electronic control air spring suspension system. With different pavement, different respectively the stochastic signal operation as input to body of vertical vibration acceleration mean square root values as the output, the BP neural control model of air suspension system has been established by Matlab/Simulink and investigation of perpendicular direction body vibration acceleration and wheel dynamic load. Considering the ride comfort, tire touchdown properties, including by the spring load quality comfortableness to Z axis vibration acceleration response as evaluation index, tires touchdown properties take dynamic load between by wheels and pavement as evaluation indexes, this paper for each of the suspension system performance indexes has the simulation analysis by respectively 30km/h and 100km/h in speed,B and C level road. Results show that each performance index of BP neural control compare to passive control is obviously improved.Finally, this paper designed electronic control air spring suspension system, based on the BP neural control air spring suspension simulation experiment, obtain better control effect, which validated rationality and feasibility of the BP neural control algorithm.
