There need a lot of experimentations to guarantee performance and quality of automobile components. For all different components have different characteristics and their testing systems also have different testing methods and purposes, but the model frame and software flow diagram of testing systems are similar. If software and hardware of testing systems were built by modularization methods, it could greatly avoid repeated development of software and repeated investment of hardware, and also reduce experiment cost while shortening the built period for testing systems. So it has important theoretic and practical meaning to study and develop hardware and software of automobile components testing systems by modularization methods.This paper concentrates on software of testing systems and significantly discusses methods of the development of Measurement & Control platform and its interfaces implement based on Windows OS. The main topics of this paper are as follows:â‘ Framework design of the Measurement & Control platform for automobile components testing systems based on Windows OS;â‘¡Detail design and test of main functional modules of the Measurement & Control platform;â‘¢Implement of the USB interface for the above PC Measurement & Control platform communicating with MCU;â‘£Applications of the above Measurement & Control platform.The applications of the above Measurement & Control platform for vehicle shock absorber noise detecting system and Magneto drilling and test integrated equipment verified its feasibility and validity.
