| With the fast development of Internet, telecom net and Broad Band data traffic, there is more need for capability of communication. For optical fiber can meet the need of Broad Band data traffic, there are more need and reliance for high quality of optical fiber. Nowadays, in our country a large number of optical fiber is used in several fields, so it is necessary to test the mechanical characters of optical fiber, and the optical fiber's quality test has an important role in our society.In this paper, this DC servo autocontrol system is made up of three parts, the first is current control loop, the second is velocity control loop, and the third is position control loop. All these three control loops are regulated by the method of PID. In practice, we use Elmo servo controller, Moxon brushless DC servo motor, incremental encoder, Hall sensors, planetary gear heads, RS232 and computer. And then we use VC to complete the programming in the computer. This machine can carry out some tests by high precision of 0.1mm, and it is of the characteristic of quick and steady response, so it can be used in many fields. In the third place, there is an introduction of emulation and optimization to analyze the theoretical and practical error of the whole automation system. At last, we make the program used in computer to control the whole system and further research about this materials' test machine. |
