Brushless DC Torque Motors overcomes many defects of DC Motors.This kind of Motoes has many advantages, such as:perfect torque coefficient, strong overload capacity, good thermal conditions, no commutation sparkle, high reliability, control flexibility and other advantages.Thus, recently, in high-precision servo areas, especially in high-precision servo turntable ,brushless DC torque motor is widely used. Based on this background this dissertation suppose to research on the brushless DC torque motor servo drive system.Firstly,this paper systematically expounded the components and operating principle of brushless DC torque motor servo drive system. This kind of system including the motor body, pole position detection, power amplifier and control unit. In the beginning of the second chapter,we analyze the functional characteristics of each part in detail.Then, the author focuses on the vector control method of the brushless DC torque motor,and depending on the requriement of the"Bird cage"we select the id=0 mathord as the control strategy.Obviously,this part lay a theoretical foundation for the subsequent chapters of the hardware and software design. Then, the author introduce hardware and software design of the system.In the hardware side, choose DSP as the main control chip;because of strong power of resistance, the large output signal amplitude position sensor we select brushless resolver, at the same time ,we select ADI's conversion chip AD2S80 as axis angle conversion chip; power amplification part is the AC-DC-AC topology, inverter is the three-phase voltage inverter with sinusoidal pulse width modulation (SPWM) control,select IGBT module as the power tube; complete protection circuit is designed to make the system safe and reliable ; paper also achieved for a number of engineering explored issues, put forward the improvement program and be realized. In the software side, In TI's integrated development environment CCS2.1 author carriy out software development, the paper also gives the general block diagram of the software as well as the specific sub-module flow chart.Finally,use the PowerSystemBox of matlab we built the brushless DC torque motor servo drive system simulation platform.On this platform we set a series of performance tests for the drive system.
