Product is the life of enterprise and new product development is the impetus of enterprise evolution. The product developing process is not only creative and intelligent, but also collective and cooperative. Products are often developed collaboratively by many related branches and depart locating in different domain and different realm. Facing to the individual needs of users and diversity and rapid demanding of market, The enterprises have to enhance their competing power through making fully use of net-centered information technologies and new design methods and manufacture models, which would adapt schedule and coordinate the distributed product developing activities automatically to build a collaborative work mode collecting and using design resources rapidly in an enterprises or between enterprises. And it is very effective to develop new products for participants under a collaborative working environment.From the time Computer Supported Collaborative Work(CSCW) had been present to now, in 1980's. There are a lot of researches applied in different domain, and most studies focus on enabled technologies, but little on basic theory and application.Supported by imbursement of Hebei province fund, this paper is to build a flexible cooperative computer environment for designing and manufacturing of production. It is very important to short developing period, reduce product cost, and enhance ability for manufacture. And it makes it possible that develop a product in digital, prompt and intelligence under net environment.First, based on the analysis of the characteristic of group collaboration. A cooperative UML model for place-based CSCW application is introduced in this paper, while formula define is present for collaborative object and group collaborative relation. After analyzing cooperative UML model, a dynamic relation of user-task-role is established, and realize role assigning and task attempering for virtual group are realized, while integration method based on agent technology is given. So collaborative problem on management for CSCD is solved.Second, based on analysis of parameter method for part. Distributing collaborativeCAD frame based on web service is build, and XML is used to define Communication protocol for character operation and CSCD between server and client. Based on research of mutual relationship on characters, a restrict relationship is established, and three dimensions non-linearity modification arithmetic is infered to express operation course. While concurrent control tactic for priority and version management is designed, which adapted to maintain coherence for graph object. So collaborative problem on application for CSCD is solved.Third, Based on the analysis of Group Communication characteristic, a multicenter communication model is presented for CSCW multimedia applications. The mutual restriction inter-QoS among communication channels is constituted. Accordingly conformity is solved efficiency among different protocol stacks. Also design method for video system is present. The video system can be embedded collaborative design environment, and can apperceive transformation of collaborative design environment.Finally, Sequence reasioning, fuzzy theory, and Petri technology are combined, cooperative design course is modeled according to workflow notion. While fuzzy and uncertainty time definition for CSCD is given, fuzzy relation for cooperative activity events is introduced. Also evaluating and reasoning mechanism are established to analyze capability of time and cost for cooperative process model, and accordingly determine the nature evaluation is solved for cooperative design plan. All above provide theoretic basic for CSCD project.
