The Design Of The "Golden Brink" Residential District Electrical Intelligent

With the widespread use of computer technology, the rapid development of real estate and information society, as well as people's stronger desire of more functional, more comfortable, and safer residence, intelligent residential districts come into being. Intelligent residential districts are equipped with intelligent systems, which combine with structure perfectly, and could provide tenants with safe, comfortable and convenient living environment through efficient management and excellent service.According to this idea we decide to design a three-star intelligent residential district named"Golden Brink"in Datong. Our design focuses on the integrated plans of"Golden Brink"residential district, including safety and prevention system, information management system, information network system, and family intelligent system, so to meet the standard of three-star advanced intelligent system.
