The water resources of the local west are seriously lacking, and most of water is brackish water with high contains of fluorine quantity. This topic used the RO desalination processing craft to desalt the water in order to solve the drinkable water in the west. The result indicated that the RO craft could remove SO42-, Cl-, F- and other harmful ions in the brickish water effectively. The water quality treated by RO membrane may achieve even surpasses the national drinking water health standard. The design water capacity of the equipment was 1m3/h, and it can achieve the operation requirements. The research of this task opened a new way of soluting the water shortage in the local west. Both the economic efficiency and environment benefit are remarkable. At the same time, it also had a broad application prospect.
