The traditional manual design of cylinder gear reducer takes long times and great efforts with low designing efficiency. With development of science and technology and national economy, not only the requirement of cylinder gear reducer is in larger and larger number, but also in higher and higher quality. Traditional methods of design are far beyond the requirement in development of technology. CAD nowadays commonly used for cylinder gear reducer in main land but these systems are usually based on the secondary development of two dimension software such as AutoCAD. There still lack a integration CAD system that can satisfy the requirement three dimension design of cylinder gear reducer. This thesis applies three-dimensional CAD technology and secondly development technology, adopts the high-grade development of Visual Basic language, This system uses Windows 2000 as its development platform, and is supported by Access database and Pro/E2001.This system is based on data base technology, and it includes parameter design, selection of standard parts, creation and management of technique files, creation of data files,feature-based parameterized modeling and virtual assembly. This system has realized the cylinder gear reducer dynamic parametric design, design and computation of gear transmission, design of shaft system. It has friendly interaction. It can create, browse, print and backup the technique files of each computation by using VBA; by using Pro/E 2001, and this system realized feature-based parameterized modeling of part in shaft system and virtual assembly of output shaft system and possesses better versatility and flexibility.The realization of this system can make designers devise the product of cylinder gear reducer fast and efficiently Under human-computerinteraction environment, reduce repeat ability labour greatly, raise design efficiency, shorten design period , have certain positive meaning for promoting the development of the overall informative process and other equipments of... |
