Multidisciplinary Design Optimization (MDO) is an emerging, new engineering discipline in overseas since 1990's. Since it can solve the problem of large-scale complex engineering system's design, it has widely potential application in the field of aerospace engineering. As an initial research of MDO within China, this thesis includes the whole architecture of MDO .This thesis takes the bearing chock and CellPhone as examples to do the research work on the multidisciplinary design optimization based on the research of its technology system and application method.The main contents of this dissertation are as follows:(1) This Thesis discusses all the components of MDO. Based on these components, this thesis constructs a complete theory of MDO.(2) The individual discipline design optimization technology is studied. In iSIGHT and Pro/E context, the bearing chock is optimized. In iSIGHT and Ansys context the CellPhone is optimized.(3) The Multidisciplinary Design Optimization technology is studied. In iSIGHT, Pro/E and Ansys context, the bearing chock , the CellPhone are optimized. And the optimization results which are obtained in the individual discipline design optimization and Multidisciplinary Design Optimization are compared.(4) The software interface technology of the Multidisciplinary Design Optimization is studied. The Tcl architecture in the multidisciplinary optimization software-iSIGHT is studied particularly. Secondary developments and arithmetic affiliate are studied, so these offset the deficiency in arithmetic affiliate. |
