| The loading system for gearbox has two types: one is open system and the other is close system. Due to the weekness of energy loss , low efficiency and higher testing cost compared to the close system, currently, The open system has been used less and less. Comparing to closed electric loading system , The gearbox loading system based on secondary regulation system has such advantages 1) higher energy recovery rate and higher system efficiency; 2) lower weight , smaller installation space and lower cost.The gearbox loading system based on secondary regulation System has been analysed Systematically in this paper. Transmission function used for frequency domain analysis has been set up and the gearbox loading system has been studied by simulation method with simulink toolbox of MATLAB in it, at same time the fuzzy control suitable for the system also has been exploered and studied and the rule table for rotation speed of fuzzy control has been established so that the result of simulation can be foresaw . By adopting fuzzy control, the effect to the system from variation of parameter , fluctuation of drving speed and loading torque (mechanic coupling) has been eliminated basicly, therefor the system has aquired high robust and Coupling property.The analysis of the fuzzy control for this system also can be referenced for eastablishing other fuzzy control system. |
