As a safe protector, buffer has been widely applied to all sorts of mechanical systems. Aiming at technical application, the paper has studied the characteristic and test method of cross country vehicle-hydraulic bumper. The primary mission of the paper includes: analyzing the speciality of hydraulic bumper's thin wall-orifice flow, spherical surface-slit flow and oil compressibility; making the overall characteristic model and the dynamic buffering process model of hydraulic bumper and carrying through simulation calculation; founding the character test system of hydraulic bumper and comparing the test result with the simulation result. The main work of the paper is below:(1) Introducing the bumper's principle of work, species and development state; enumerating performance indexes of buffer and comparing characteristic differences between all kinds of buffers; showing selection principle of buffer and various limiting conditions.(2) Introducing the hydraulic bumper's essentially comprising, species, principle of work and diversified absorption characteristic model; based on the ideal model of hydraulic bumper, researching some hydraulic bumper's design parameters that includes buffering power, theittling orifice area distributing, offsetting spring and so on; showing the choice method of hydraulic oil, including qualifications that hydraulic oil should have and characters of various hydraulic oil.(3) Introducing application background of cross country vehicle-hydraulic bumper and its structural features and principle of work; studying characteristics of hydraulic bumper, including thin wall-orifice flow, spherical surface-slit flow and oil compressibility, sequentially gaining the overall characteristic of hydraulic bumper; analyzing influencing factors of hydraulic bumper's characteristic, including the diameter of theittling orifice, the fit clearance between spherical surface piston cylinder wall and hydraulic oil's dynamic viscosity, and presenting material design methods; making the dynamic buffering process model of hydraulic bumper and carrying through simulation calculation, and analyzing influencing factors of hydraulic bumper's dynamic characteristic, including impulsive load, hydraulic oil's volume elasticity modulus and so on.(4) Introducing the hydraulic bumper-test system's test principle, system structure and test flow; analyzing the hardware structure of the test system and the selection principle of hardware; showing programming methods and structure of the test system's software; comparing impact test result with dynamic simulation result, and analyzing the multiple impact phenomenon, buffering power and reposition impact phenomenon which happening in the real impact process. |
