| In this thesis, the reticular valves of reciprocating compressor would be used for research object. Based on the former scientist's research, the expatiation for structural characteristics, working principle and application range of the reticular valves of the reciprocating compressors would be given. The uniform working process mathematical model would be built. Through it, motion laws, flow and energy consumption were gained. Through the final decided configuration parameters, the software was developed by means of Visual C++ 6.0 and ObjectARX. Design software system for reticular valves of reciprocating compressor was formed. It ran under AutoCAD environment. The design software applied to practical reconstruct design of reciprocating compressor valves, it achieved satisfying result.The developed software for reticular valves of reciprocating compressor can improve design quality and design speed. Meanwhile, time and energy are greatly saved to the engineers. The software has promotion effect for improving design quality, shortening project periods, and reducing design cost. It has a better practical value.
