Unmanned Air Vehicle (UAV) plays a very important role in nowadays research. Recently, the applied range of the UAV has expended into military, civil and scientific research scopes: In military scopes, it can be used to be detectors and monitors, electronic countermeasure, fire guidance, war evaluation, target simulation etc; In civil scopes, it can be used to geodetic survey, detect urban environment, survey globosity resource, prevent forest-fire, pretend environment and succor disaster etc; In scientific research scopes, it can be used to survey and research atmosphere, also it can validate new technology and now facility. Considering the importance of the UAV, there are many countries and regions that research this program. In this paper, the major subject investigated is the ducted fan Vertical Take-Off and Landing (VTOL) UAV. Compared with normal fixed-wing UAV, it has so many strong points such as be convenient to take-off and land, good adaptability and long hover time. We analyze and summary information of foreign UAVs, then calculate the figure dimension of our UAV, and draw the UAV structure configuration and the outside view drawing of three dimensional structure .Besides, the design of vane is the major project of the UAV research, because the vane is the most important part in power transformation of the UAV, the quality of this part will directly affect the capacity of the UAV. We should manage to enhance the lift resistance ratio in the same situation.Lastly, previous vane are analysed by FLUENT, we calculate the pressure distribution chart and report chart of each wing form, then alter the torsion angle and the airfoil form of the vane respectively, finally ascertain the influence curve of the torsion angle and the airfoil form of the vane on which act the lift power. Several capability parameters are estimated at the end of this paper.
