Along with the domestic widespread application of composite pavement structure, the technology of maintenance has become one of cores which the department concerned considered. But, at present when composite pavement is maintained, it is unreasonable to use the asphalt pavement maintenance standard or the cement pavement maintenance standard. Based on the investigation and study of domestic and foreign composite pavement maintenance, in view of the actual situation of composite pavement in the Province of Henan, from the pavement performance evaluation, maintenance technology, the asphalt concrete overlay design, maintenance standards and optimization aspect and so on, This dissertation researches CC - AC pavement maintenance widely in order to solve some actual and difficult problems in the composite pavement maintenance.This dissertation has mainly carried on six aspects research work as follows: (1) The destruction condition of composite pavement structure is investigated in Henan Province and the whole nation, its destruction main forms, reasons and the question which maintenance exists are analyzed, and its transportation condition is also carried on the diagnosis.(2)The function and the constitutive evaluation methods of composite pavement are studied, the prediction of pavement structure remaining life in the service is carried on. Adopting the elastic layer system(BISAR) to establish the structural model, the amount of compression for asphalt overlay is detailedly studied from the aspects of entire of design parameters and the different contact conditions between different layers.(3)the constitutive destruction and the function destruction of CC - AC pavement are limited, the technical characteristic and the countermeasure of maintenance, and the common destruction of CC level and AC level are discussed. (4)The domestic and foreign asphalt concrete overlay design methods are analyzed, and in term of our country's design standard, the suitable design method of asphalt concrete overlay on the composite pavement is discussed. (5)According to the CC-AC composite pavement structure characteristic, the single maintenance technical standards of CC-AC pavement are studied. Based on the CC-AC service condition, according to multiple attribute decision-making of combination weights and regression analysis, standards for evaluating maintenance quality of composite pavement are put forward. (6)The optimization method of maintenance is studied, a kind of multi-attribute decision-making model with interval number is proposed, and the TOPSIS is used to carry on the arrangement of road maintenance projects.
