In medicine, testing on all kinds of humoral samples' biochemical indexes, such as patients' blood, urine, has been becoming the key solutions and objective witnesses for clinical diagnosis and treatments. In case of detecting visualization and multiple ways, instruments are widely applied. As the detecting technique improved as well as the requirements for operators, there exist many defects in manual operation. It is very difficult for operators to assure the precision, reliability and stability. At the same time, at present it is also a big challenge to finish the giant samples only depending on manual operators. So, many medical institutions positively adopt advanced detecting instruments replacing of or assistant manual operations.As the development of modern medicine, solidoid immunoassay (SI) is widely used as clinical technique to detect a substance in the humoral samples. Solidoid immunoassay is also named as ELISA, enzyme linked immunosorbent assay, which is a new type of immunoassay development based on immunoenzymatic techniques, with high performance of mature technique, operating simplicity, specificity, high sensitivity, quick response and high efficiency. Immunouenzymatic analytic system (IAS) is this kind of high efficient detecting instrument based on this theory, having more and more large effect on SI. It is sure there will have a marvelous future to design and research IAS for the market.There are many foreign companies dedicating on developing and researching new generation IAS to satisfy the practical use in function, performance and automatic level. Due to IAS with high technology, it is too expensive for middle or small internal medical institutions to purchase foreign products, even for large ones.
