With the rapid expansion of urban population,the side effects of environmental p ollution,the enormous pressure of social competition,the health imbalance and so on,the morbidity rate of cancer and some chronic disease becomes higher and higher whi le the medical resources are tightening.Therefore,medical problem Has aroused peop le's attention again.In recent years,with the changes of national medical reform polic y,semi-automatic equipments like microplate reader and washing machine have been unable to meet people's needs.The use of automatic enzyme-free analyzer becomes th e choice of more and more medical institutions.Automatic elisa analyzer,also known as the automated ELISA workstation,mainly used for automatic completion of enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay test,including sampling,sample dilution and distribution of reagents,washing plate,incubation,microplate reading,back to the experimental results and other steps,and can realize the constant standard of quality control,data analysis,report printing and other functions.The main function of automatic elisa analyzer is the determination of biochemical indexes of blood and body fluids,and can make the corresponding data analysis in the PC software,so as to achieve the prevention and diagnosis of related diseases.This paper designed a complete set of automatic enzyme immunoassay analyzer software system,this system is written in VS2010 and SQL2005 development environment,and can realize two-way communication with the lower computer,data management,data processing,scheduling,real-time monitoring,human-computer interaction,connecting LIS and HIS system function,the system can be automatic completion of elisa experiment of all experimental procedures,experimental results show that the graph generation and visualization.In this paper,the requirement analysis of enzyme free software system is carried out,and the software framework is built according to the system requirements.The software database is analyzed and designed,implemented on the SQL2005 development platform,and can be connected with the hospital HIS and LIS system.It optimizes the storage and management of all the data in the experiment.This paper designs the communication protocol between the software and the lower computer,and through programming,through adding the communication fault-tolerant mechanism,the connection between the upper and lower computer and the communication process are more stable and reliable.This system can realize all the basic functions needed for ELISA experiment,mainly including sample management,experimental project management,quality control management,calibration management,instrument management,operation management,and so on.In addition,functions such as switching between Chinese and English,login of user rights,generation of combined items and synchronous management of manual projects are added to make the system more user-friendly,convenient and efficient.Through the research and application of ant colony algorithm and other algorithms,the optimization of multitask scheduling in the system is optimized.So that the system can be more stable and efficient completion of the work.This system has complete functions,simple operation,friendly interface,accurate and reasonable experimental process,automatic enzyme can be adapted to all use free analyzer using the system supports,and in English conversion and user login,the control in the optimization of experimental instruments and experimental process,has a certain significance to enhance the user experience etc..The research results of this topic will be helpful to promote the development of automatic elisa instrument in our country.
