Research On The Equilibrium Controlling Of Serial Battery Pile Charging And Discharging For Electronic Vehicles

The critical technology of Electronic Vehicles (EV) is about battery, include manufacturing technique of battery and its controlling strategy. The imbalance of serial battery pile is one of the problems seriously need to be settled. The imbalance of serial battery pile will damage some batteries of the pile in advance, shorten the battery's life sharply, even appear safety problem such as battery explosion, these entire problem increase the use cost of EV.At present, in the area of equalization charging & discharging of battery, the researchers focuses mainly on charging methods domestic and abroad, but rarely on equalization discharging.On base of analyzing the research of charging& discharging methods,the method of equalization charging domestic and abroad, the scheme of diffluence equalization charging& discharging is adopted in the paper, and it is researched and discussed elementarily in theory and experiment. The main research items are as follows:(1) Based on lots of data getting from charging & discharging experiment of Lead-Acid battery, charging and discharging models are established, and then we simulated based on the supposed equalization controlling rules, so the suitable law of points of equalization can be obtained.(2) Based on the project"863"of vice-professor Yuan, I designed a set of circuit which used to check the battery pile and the equalization controlling of battery pile charging& discharging for EV, and did research on the equalization controlling of battery pile charging and discharging based on the simulated points of equalization.The system of battery pile checking and the equalization controlling...
