Measuring technology of nuclear energy spectrum is the foundation of matter composition and radioactivity verifying by way of nuclear methods. The paper bases on measuring technology of nuclear energy spectrum, aims at the developing tendency of measuring technology of Multi-Channel nuclear energy spectrum, combines the characteristics of field working, focuses on systematically research on key techniques (such as the design of Multi-Channel Analyzer (MCA)), with a view to resolve defects existing in current portable apparatus for example high power, big size, to field working disadvantage.The paper discusses about the system of nuclear spectrometry data collecting and its progeny which based on ARM designed by me in detail. The system adopted LPC2134 as controlling core, and LPC2134 made by PHILIPS company which used ARM7TDMI-s core. Apllied high speed and low power ADCs(Anolog-to-Digital Converters) AD7994 and 320×240 matrix graphic LCD(Liquid Crystal Display) and some necessarily human-computer interface and information indication. As a whole, the system can display and store spectrum data automatically and accomplish data processing. At meantime, the software of computer designed by me used VC++6.0, the system can work combine with computers by the seris port, which can enlarge functions such as data processing and storing, outputing the result of measurement etc. The instrument software system is written by C Language and Assemble Language. Using the virtues of virtues of multi-language mixed programming technique fully, which make it can do well in either timely handling or processing data conveniently.
