Now, increasing energy consume and contaminative environment are gradually getting serious problem which human has to be faced. So, wind energy, as renewable and no polluted energy source, is more and more paid great attention by most countries and also becomes research hotspot. Generator unit of Variable-speed and constant frequency is made up with some types such as squirrel-cage induction generator, doubly-fed induction generator and direct-driven synchronous generator excited by permanent magnets. The special equipments are necessary for connecting generator to power grid to convert electric energy produced by wind turbines into fixed voltage and frequency electric power supply. Power electronics component is be used to make up of frequency converter to implement the task.Basing on the theory on Space-Vector PWM, the paper describes the mapping implemented by Neural-Network from tracked voltage vector to turn-on time of IGBT about rectifying sect of direct-driven synchronous generator excited by permanent magnets convertor system. The thesis introduces ordinally theory and topology of neural network, control vector for decompounding component of voltage-command and synchronous angle-command, the method and process synthesized by neural-network baced space-vector PWM (NNSVPWM) for comparing with complex arithmetic of space-vector PWM and simulating waves from Simulink. Finally, the neural-network baced space-vector PWM is applied in simulation on rectifying system of frequency converter for direct-driven wind generator excited by permanent magnets and comparing to uncontrolled rectifying system made up by diodes.
