With the rapid development of frequency control technique, which are small starting current, large output torque, speed regulating smoothly, small impact on power network, the traditionnal speed-regulating way is replaced gradually by frequency converter. Frequency control has a wide application range in low-voltage field, and mature in technology. Due to the particularity of coal mine production environment, safety regulations in coal mine require electrical equipment that used in mine must use flame-proof, so the development of medium-voltage mine flame-proof frequency converter has great practical significance. The subject is based on the development and research project of 1140V/160kW mine-used flame-proof inverter of Tai'an Zhongcheng Automation.In this thesis, frequency converter uses DSP as its control core, by analyzing the different speed regulating scheme, the vector control and the SVPWM which are more easier implementation by digital are selected, and the realization process of the speed regulating scheme is analyzed in detail, moreover, the SVPWM is modeled and simulated by Simulink. Whereafter hardware and software of the frequency converter are designed and debugged systematically. mainly include: main circuit design, power supply circuit design, control unit design, inverter drive board design,signal detection circuit design, protection circuit design, HCI module design,flame-proof design of inverter, and optimized DC stack bus to reduce the parasitic inductance; In addition, the design of software mainly include: the main program design,interrupt service subroutine design, communication program design.Through the above analysis and design, combined with the actual operation,the drive fully meet the requirements of starting with small current and output high-torque, speed regulating smoothly, energy-saving, strong practicality.
