Parameter Automatic Detection System For 400kg/h Air-Separated Equipment

According to the parameter automatic detection request of air-separated equipment, this paper designs one automatic detection system based on the PROFIBUS technology.This detection system should complete 119 parameters automatic detections of the air-separated equipment through 7 detection station on the spot to realize all parameters examination.And each detection station use one ATmega8 single chip to control the multichannel data gathering system.The detection station and industrial personal computer in the control center compose the PROFIBUS-DP network,through which the data from the detection station on the spot gathering can send to the control center, and the control center completes the dispaly, storaging the information and the report form output of all measured parameter.After the installment and debugging, the entire system communication is stable, the gathering parameter precise is reliable, user's request is very good satisfied.
