Research And Development Of Control Systems Based On Profibus-dp Stage Countertop Equipment

This thesis attempts to use the gradually maturated PROFIBUS technology into the stage machine control system under the condition that careful investigation of the development of it.To begin with, the text introduced the development and status of stage machine between domestic and abroad,and made a detailed presentation the characteristics and function of the embodied equipment at the same time.The PROFIBUS which is the base and novelty of this subject was given a detailed introduction in the paper.Based on the theory of PROFIBUS ,the whole design of stage machine control system was given in the paper,therefore,the model of the hardware and entwork was organized .This paper detailedly accounted for the configuration of the hardware of the SIMATIC S7300 PLC which was the important ingredient in the stage machine control system, and making configuration of the hardware and networks by using STEP7 software.the result of configuration indicated that the design was successful.Inverters have widely and weightily used in modern stage equipment,and a inverter's control system of SIEMENS 6SE70 which is based on the PROFIBUS-DP was set up, also, the communication protocol and running settings of inverter was studied in the paper.After finishing the whole design of system,also ,the software of the control system was involved in the text/The control software consists of PLC software and IPC software.In the part of PLC software indicated the flow-chart of modularization,and give detailed function's specification.The IPC software was based on the Windows operating system, and adopted by Visual C++ 6. O.There was also given the adopted principle and whole form of the IPC software.the flow-chart of communication model,and part program.In order to improve the performance of controlled elevating platform , a modified ADALINE NN is put forward to simplies the complicated nonlinear implicit function into a simple quadratic function.
