Research On The Columnsyn Intelligent Instrument

The columnsyn sensor is a new member of digital linear displacement sensors, it has advantages that other displacement sensors can't compare with, it will become a new growth pole of the digital displacement filed.This article is an important part of the columnsyn digital displacement research. It finished the hardware and software design and also the prototype test. USB is used in it, which has the feature of PNP, hot plug, low power dissipation etc. The success of this system moved a firm step for the application of the columnsyn.Firstly, this article illustrated the working principle of columnsyn, analyzed the existed problems of the former measure system, and proposed the corresponding ways to solve the problems.On this ground, this article adopted the run mode of sectional winding excitation, phase demodulation, designed the signal process circuit, which effectively avoid the signal dephasing and compound errors, and also realized the integration of the system.Meanwhile, this system realized the digitalization and digital placement design of columnsyn, plan and achieve the advanced functions, such as data finding, center finding, linear compensation etc.What's more, this article completed the interface design to the PC, including USB circuit, and the correlative firmware, driver program. As a instance of this interface, this article developed a columnsyn virtual instrument.
