In the field of precise displacement measurement of various kinds of gratingdisplacement measurement technology is widely used, which is the strongest and fastestgrowing technical grating displacement measuring technology. As discussed technologyand the continuous development of electronic subdivision technology, greatly improvethe resolution of the grating displacement measuring instrument. Now can reachnanoscale. In recent years, intelligent instrument in the measurement processautomation, functional diversification, measurement data processing, andhuman-computer interaction, has made great development.The task of this dissertation is on the original small displacement measuringexperiment device for intelligent and multifunctional extension, finally make it meet therequirements of commercialization. The small displacement meter adopts gratingdisplacement measuring technology, mainly used in millimeter range, nanoscaleprecision of measurement, can undertake precision of parts size and lifting platformdisplacement measurement. The main research contents and results of this dissertationare:1. In order to make the small displacement measuring instrument in the portability ofalso can detect and display the size of batch artifacts, offline and online two workingmode is designed. In the online mode, the design of the remote measurement andcontrol scheme based on wireless communication, so that the small displacementmeasuring instrument can be applied to the measurement environment requiring highneed to remote measurement and control.2. Build a small displacement measuring instrument based on ARM processor modulecircuit system, including which has the function of power device interference length rodmotion control module, the displacement measurement module, based on the TFT-LCD display module, with functions of RFID operator authentication voice promptfunction and operation process of measurement management module, based on theonline wireless communication module NRF24L01chip.3. The use of C language programming of ARM processor, has realized the singlemeasurement process and online automatic, reliable wireless communication; Designthe on-line measurement and control software based on Visual C++platform, throughAccess to Access database in the measurement and control software for batch measurement data storage and management, and draw the measurement datastatistical histogram and measuring data line chart.4. Complete the function of small displacement measuring instrument verificationexperiment and repetitive calibration experiment, the experimental results show thatmeasuring instrument can automatically complete a variety of small displacementmeasurement task and the repeatability of measurement data meet the requirements.
