Therefore, it is very important before cylinder liners ex-factory inspection that key dimensions and form-position tolerance can be measured quickly and precisely. Traditional manual inspection of cylinder liner is very slow rate and bad repetition. Many jamming factors affect production efficiency. Especially for large-scale cylinder liner production factory, it is more important to design a set of flexible automation inspection system.Some kind cylinder liner request measure nine parameters: inside and outside diameters in different positions, width of the boss of the part , hydraulic packing trough bottom diameter,shoulder place fillet partial diameter, and so on. The paper proposed the multi-parameters automatic inspection system plan. It has designed the mechanical drive organization as well as the part localization and clamps, has carried on the theory and the experiment for the different parameter request measuring method feasibility analyzes, has designed the measuring system test and control hardware and software, has realized the automatic measuring function data storage and analysis, and so on. |
