Cylinder block is one of the important parts of engine, but also the most typical thin walled box type parts. Cylinder bore is complete mixing of gas compression engine, combustion, expansion energy conversion chamber.Cylinder bore under a variety of internal and external load and temperature changes. For cast aluminum cylinder pressing cast iron cylinder after the machining quality will directly affect the service life of the cylinder, the engine performance and reliability.In 2007 , the DA2.5 cylinder block of Dongan Autoengine (Cast aluminum cylinder block with centrifugal casting cast iron cylinder liner ) installed the engine overheating fault of the outfield, seriously affecting the DA2.5 engine quality and market reputation.In this paper the engine overheating fault reasons for a comprehensive analysis, and choose the focus to try to solve. Fault information from the outfield, engine overheat fault phenomenon is high engine temperature, the serious cause engine cylinder gasket destroyed, water get into the cylinder bore, cylinder head burned etc.. The analysis that the cylinder liner sinks are the main factors affecting the engine overheating.To solve the problem of cylinder liner sinking, in this paper,combining with the actual production of cast aluminum cylinder block with cast iron cylinder liner cylinder body and cylinder combination process theory and practice of research. On the cause of cylinder liner sinking phenomenon of possible factors were analyzed, and determine the main factors to research and solve.First analysis the steps of the gap between the pressed cylinder liner and the cylinder block's joint surface inspection method and reliability, the quality of cylinder liner press mounting, the processes after the cylinder liner mounted influence on the quality of cylinder liner press mounted . Focus on the cylinder combination of the processing technology of the after the analysis and optimization, and adopted the second press cylinder liner of process. To choose the best of pressing pressure, we chose four different combination of pressing the pressure test, grope for boring hole cylinder liner before and after top up quantity, not of reduction, cylinder liner crack in the steps and pin hole, curve, cylinder hole when bending deformation. Use of target charts, such as distribution of a lot of experiments in the way data analysis work, the optimum choice of pressing pressure combination for "6 bar (first press cylinder liner)-3.5 tons (the second press cylinder liner)". And according to determine the pressure of pressing with conditions are batch production test.In this paper, the second press cylinder liner in early implementation of the cylinder liner crack problem analysis and solving process were introduced in this article. And of all the measures in place processing test and installed the road test conditions are introduced in this paper Through optimizing the The cylinder block and cylinder liner of combined processing technology research, improve the cylinder liner design structure, make DA2.5 type of cylinder liner pressure equipment reliability is greatly increased. By now the optimization process of the production of the cylinder block after an engine, not again appear cylinder liner sank cause overheating fault phenomenon.This gas cylinder portfolio of processing technology research achievements, to improve the dynamic cast aluminum cylinder measuring being cast iron cylinder liner structure form of the engine cylinder quality, production efficiency, to have the important meaning. Make DA2.5 type the quality of the engine has been greatly improved, the credibility of the series model production and sales of immediate stimulative effect.
