The piezoelectricity driving technique is a newly arisen research field and acomprehensive research direction related to various subjects such as thepiezoelectricity, acoustics, vibration analysis, electrics, mechanics, tribology,Materials Science etc. Piezoelectricity driving machine is a new driving device thatmakes use of anti-piezoelectric effect of piezoelectricity material and convertselectric power into machine energy. Piezoelectric ceramics materials have thecharacteristics that the unit physical volume can convert bigger energy, so itsstructure size will be very small under the situation that output the same energy. Inaddition, it's another characteristics is that there is not electromagnetisminterference. We design and manufacture a new kind of vibration walkingmechanism,in the foundation of tallying up piezoelectricity walking mechanism ofothers, for discovering the regulation of the machine develop a measure-controlsystem to observe its walking and vibration characteristics. So this paper is dividedinto two great parts, i.e. piezoelectricity walking mechanism and the establishmentof measure-control system. Main research work is as follows:1)According to the domestic and international development actuality ofpiezoelectricity walking mechanism, We designed a new kind of vibration walkingmechanism. With the use of anti-piezoelectric effect, the machine achieved thewhole moving, whose partial moving was amplified by flexible plank. The machineconsisted of driving power supply, loading set, flexible components, piezoelectricpieces, flexible components for reducing resistance, piezoelectric pieces for testingvibration etc, whose moving speed is ten times of other congener devices andloading ability is bigger than others.2)By studying the moving characteristic influence factors , such as drivingvoltage, resonance frequency, load weight, vibration angular, friction material etc,we found the influence disciplinarian of each factor, made sure the partial movingof the machine, and optimized the structure parameters. In addition, By Analyzingthe machine in experiments, we found that it existed six kinds of moving posture,such as slippage, jump moving, moving backward, side moving, rotation, wavingand so on.3)After carrying on modal analysis and response analysis to the vibrationcomponent of machine by use of software ANSYS, we learned the relationshipbetween vibrating modal and moving states, and explained why the machinemoved backward.4)Developed a set of vibration testing system. With the program softwareLabVIEW for development platform, we developed a set of vibration testingsystem, whose hardware and software adopt the module-turn design. Systemhardware consists of computer, moving device, data collector (PCI-MIO-16E-1),program control power supply, pull sensor, signal modulate circuit etc;softwaremainly consists of communication setting, collecting data, data analysis and figuredisplay, time field analysis, frequency field analysis, saving data and print, testingdriving force etc. The system can collect and test the signal in time, also which isman-machine interface, easily operating, strong ability to analyze the data etc.This paper puts forward a new kind of Piezoelectricity walking machine,discovers some phenomenon, analyses the mechanism by theories and experiments,announce the relationship between vibrating modal and moving states. Themachine is smart, fast moving, strong loading ability, easily controlled etc. Withthe program software LabVIEW for development platform, we developed a set ofvibration testing system, which provides a new way for analyzing and controllingthe moving state of the machine.
