The focus of the study is the performance of cold-cumulating and dryness tin which works in the air-refrigeration machine cycled by open-mode, cold-quantity reclaim, low-press, direct-cooling air, absorbing-heat. Air-refrigeration machine will be applied to the food-refrigeration is need of environmental protection and saving energy. The air-refrigeration in open-mode, cold-quantity reclaim, low-press, direct-cooling air, absorbing-heat cycle have many characteristics to adapt to the food refrigeration requirements. The paper first discussed in the numerous advantages of air-refrigeration machine which manufacture low temperature with the precondition of environment-protection. And expound the research and application what focus in exerting these advantages. Introduce the principles of open-mode, cold-quantity reclaim, low-press, direct-cooling air, absorbing-heat air cycle and key components of the cold-cumulating and dryness tin. Starting from the frozen food and refrigeration principles and using comparative analysis method, we get conclusions that in the blow-frozen device, the open-mode, cold-quantity reclaim, low-press, direct-cooling air, absorbing-heat air cycle have the most significant reductions in food freeze dry cost, food hygiene, devices delicate, organizating air stream, non-electrical heat, high efficiency and safe refrigeration etc.The cold-cumulating and dryness tin is the equipment which applys the store-release characteristic of cold-cumulating stuff, ensures the higher efficiency of open-mode cold-quantity reclaim low-press direct-cooling air, shoulders conveyance of the saturated and frozen air to frozen storeroom to reduce dry cost of food and dry the cycling air to ensure safe and reliable. Focusing on the air-air type cold-cumulating and dryness tin, we discuss comprehensively from principles, structures, stuffs etc. Design the cold-cumulating and dryness tin and construct experimental devices.Adopted numerical value integral method into the explain of the basic heat-conduct differential equation based the stabilization flow. get temperature changes rule of the cold-blowing and hot-blowing period of the cold-cumulating and dry-able tin. Make the theoretical and experimental research of self-cleanup, Through the experimental research to the tin, we get the conclusions of jointed cold-blowing and hot-blowing period and the effective temperature range etc. Proposed the practical measures to improve the effect of the self-cleanup, laid the groundwork for the future further in-depth study and application.
