Through the research on petroleum and nature gas, design a multi-source heatpump of single and double effect lithium bromide, the two stage heatpump unit, process of nature gas liquefaction etc. The single effect unit can be used as a refrigerator, on the other hand, its afterheat can be used to heat the petroleum gas. Use the two stage heatpump to make the further heating, then separate out natural gas fully from the petroleum gas, finally natural gas get into the liquefaction process. Optimize the natural gas liquefaction process, design a adaptive nature gas liquefaction process, use the liquefaction afterheat to the process of pre-heating process to purifying the natural gas through the dehydration and desulfurization and getting rid of CO2, and then complete the whole process of separating natural gas from the petroleum and liquefaction process.The energy driving the heatpump comes from the solar energy, burning heat of the gas and the afterheat of the compressor etc. The heat equilibrium is the major destination through the whole designing process in order to reduce the energy consumption in the producing process.In the refrigeration process, the afterheat of compressor will get into the solar energy pipe for reusing, cold capacity can be produced for central refrigerator in summer, in winter, single unit will be changed into heatpump to produce heat for the heating of petroleum gas, and then it be composed of the two stage heatpump with the double effect lithium bromide unit. The solar energy and the afterheat can be used to heat petroleum gas or as peoples'common life use. The burning heat compensate the heat shortage automatically. The whole process will be under the control of the computer through the temperature of generator.Establish the mathematic model and use the modularization theory to induce and generalize the energy saving property, establish the mathematic model of the compressor, throttle, separator of vapor and liquid, mixing vessel, multi-pipe flux exchanger and the total unit. Through the calculation of the pressure, temperature, enthalpy, entropy, flux of vapor and liquid, two flux mole percentage to ascertain the compressor power, solar energy collection, cold capacity, heating capacity, pre-cooling capacity of propane, the flux of the refrigerant and the exchanged heat parameter etc.From the thermodynamic aspect to analyze the influence of each parameter to the process property, optimize the process parameter in the liquefaction process, analyze the change of exergy, calculate the heat property parameter, research on the LKP equation in liquefaction and combine the constraint condition to design the structure of the whole unit, according to the SCM principle to design the automatic temperature controlling program to control the whole system, finally, analyze the function of each node and the utility of exergy equilibrium, get the results of whole process.
