Strategtic Study On The General Planning Of Chanba Ecotypic Region Xi'an

Taking Chanba Ecological District (CED ) as a case, the author makes the study based upon a necessary census database, plenty of practical urban planning and design information, theories of urban planning, economics, and marketing, unifying the research conclusion of its social, economic, cultural and natural background and development characteristics. The author analyzes the master plan, the important factors in development strategies and discusses the industrial structure, land use pattern, industrial agglomeration form, function structure, regional structure, the location relationship between downtown, retail center and business center, transportation system of CED and carries on the evaluation and forecast of some problems and phenomena in planning implementation. The main contents and conclusion are as the following:1. In view of the economic development issues of CED, the author regards the spatial relationship between function and industrial structure of CED as an important part in the planning study based upon the theory studies in and aboard, discusses the related problems about economic, social and cultural development goal and direction by deducing the database.2. The pilot study is made about will composing, distribution and sale forecast of CED's city public space, the psychological impact of CED's environmental factors in the master plan and their combination to people, the public requirement of behavior experience to urban environment. The author takes psychoanalysis based on psychological rules as an important reference content of CED's public space design in order to adapt people's physical and psychological demands.3. Several issues in CED are discussed: the land development difficulties, replying strategy and the problems about country, peasants and agriculture. The author pointsput how to choose a land development pattern, using two successful patterns for reference.4. CED's urban transportation development strategy is selected and urban traffic structural system is set up, analyzed and evaluated. The author makes the study on the urban transportation distribution system, including external transportation, internal transportation network (the direction and sectional pattern of arteries, the forms of main intersections, the scale and position of main transportation facilities, squares and parking lots.5. Through the process of deducing and integrating, the author proposes the difficulties possibly met about development strategy of CED, which includes the changes of urban function, the group distribution pattern's shortcoming in master plan, the adverse effect to CED caused by the limitation of the entrepreneur city theory.6. Some suggestion are proposed about the problems faced by CED after analyzing the condition wholly and dimensionally, that includes: the key implementary methods of master plan of CED, discusses the flow of free capital;promulgates the inherent relationship between transaction cost, flows and agglomeration of essential factors from the aspects of pay much attention on material infrastructure and social capital, the foundation of system and the introduction of risk fund.
