| Reclaimed water and reuse on decentralized system is an important form of wastewater reclamation and reuse. As an efficient approach to solve various problems relating to water shortage and pollution, it has been widely accepted. It has been lots of handicaps in our country to carry on spreading decentralized reclaimed water and reuse project. The technical reason is on doubt exist, but there are lots of important society factors to obstruct it, such as the shortage of fact measure data of original water volume change in inner system, the shortage of function scenario and economic scale research of reclaimed water and reuse project, irrational use of constructed fund, acquainted concept error and faultiness of reclaimed water and reuse price system. The thesis adopts a system dynamics model (SD) to research and estimate the water volume prediction and develop current of reclaimed water and reuse system on different areas with water-shortage problems in Northwest Area.Main content and results obtained were as following:1) From the choice of reclaimed water source, the reuse direction of reclaimed water and economy, the applicability of reclaimed water treatment technics has been analyzed. Aimed at different areas style, different water source and different treatment technics, the cost of producing reclaimed water and economic scale of reclaimed water research has been carried on, and the cost of producing reclaimed water and economic scale of reclaimed water model has been presented.2) The thesis selects three typical decentralized system (resident small district, hotel and university) . Based on characters of each area and system analysis, the model of reclaimed water and reuse system has been established.3) Through the system running, the model was applied to predict and analyze the fresh water use of researching areas in future 20 years. The results indicate: With the restriction of economical scale in resident small district, reuse water project construction will be carried onin 2009, and it can reduce 25% of the fresh water use. With the restriction of economical scale in hotel, reuse water project construction will be carried on in 2008, and it can reduce 20% of the fresh water use. The reuse water project construction of reclaimed water in university is with on restriction of economical scale, and it can reduce 30% of the fresh water use.4) Through the change of decision-making variables, different scenarios can be enacted. After analyzing, the results show as follows:?Resident small district: Scenario 1: Through the change of water pricing increasing rate, above 8% can be proved as the best water pricing increasing rate. Scenario 2: The acceptable degree of residents can be divided into three grades, and the predicted result shows that along with the increase of the acceptable degree, the reuse water project construction can be carried on earlier. Scenario 3: Through the change of scale extending rate of the resident small district, the result shows that when the small district scale enlarges, the required water volume of reclaimed water will increase. Scenario 4: Through the analysis of resident small district scale, the result shows that the bigger is the resident small district scale, the earlier the best constructing time of reclaimed water project can be obtained.?Hotel: Scenario 1: Through the change of hotel scale, the result shows that the extending of hotel scale has influence on fresh water use and reclaimed water use volume. Scenario 2: The acceptable degree of consumers can be divided into three grades, and the predicted result shows that along with the increase of the acceptable degree, the fresh water use can be decreased, and the reuse water project construction can be carried on earlier. Scenario 3: Through the analysis of different hotel scale, the result shows that the bigger the hotel scale is, the earlier the best constructing time of reclaimed water project can be obtained.?University: Scenario 1: Through the change of water use in student dormitory, the result shows that the improvement of water establishment has no effect on reclaimed water providing and need. Scenario 2: The difference of student extend rate has the direct influence on fresh water use and reclaimed water providing and need. Scenario 3: The acceptable degree of consumers can be divided into three grades, and the predicted result shows that along with the increase of the acceptable degree, the fresh water use can be decreased. |
