Water plays a unique role in the economy, society and ecological ternary system as special resources. Freshwater scarcity is a growing problem in the world and fresh water resources are becoming insufficient to satisfy demand[1]. Water stress is a reality in many city of China[2]. In this scope, due to the frequency of shortages, water reuse is becoming more necessary day by day. Thus,decentralized grey water resources utilization in building is considered particularly suitable for on-site(i.e. decentralized) treatment and reuse. It has advantage in energy saving and emission reduction and accelerating water circulation features.Therefore, research investigated four aspects, such as, social, economy, sustainable development and matching technology, which study urban reclaimed water project. The research contents and conclusions are as follows:(1) Effect of Recycled water resource for social marketAdopted model of benefit/cost to analyze promotion of water resource market, expert's scoring, using analytic hierarchy process; It is differentiated as popular or slow-moving market refer to municipal life water supply and commercial water supply using Xi'an residents' score and adopted Fisher discriminant. Finally,the ratio of benefit/cost is higher than other water supply to reclaimed water project.It can get good graces of society that has more marketing opportunities;it is closer to the best-selling products to reclaimed water products in the minds of consumers.(2)Profitability security of decentralized reclaimed water projectThe analysis indexes are dynamic the unit cost and payback period of investment to Study water as consumption product. The unit cost was obtained though budget method combined with the actual project cost to some projects of dispersion recycled water resources. The investment recovery period was get in according to the municipal water supply price as a selling price. It is to analyse profit time to reclaimed water resources investment enterprises.The unit cost of sporadic reclaimed water resources project is less than the price of water supply of municipal life and higher than the concentration of reclaimed water price at the time of the study scope. This shows that it has the certain profitability,but there has no apical dominance. There is 16 years dynamic investment recovery period after normal operation relative to the municipal water supply price to it.So they will have to consider carefully.(3)The cost level multivariate analysis of decentralized reclaimed water projectIt is considered as a whole cost consumption model about bank credit to water resources consumption. This model is established water consumption level analysis: Ft=?1tF1t+?2tF2t+…?itFit…+?ntFnt. Certainly, using Chinese SPSS17.0 software to calculation when it uses the method of factor analysis to process multivariate statistical.These results were obtained, it is successively higher about cost level to municipal recycled water, municipal water supply, decentralized reclaimed water supply and municipal commercial water.The investment factor is highest to decentralized reclaimed water project in. Moreover, its risk factor is less than municipal commercial water and higher municipal water supply or municipal recycled water. They basically decreased with operation time to investment factor, risk factor and cost level of decentralized reclaimed water project. It has "high investment, high risk " characteristic compared with the urban residents of water. It is the real reason of “a voice crying in the wildness”.(4)The sustainable development evaluation of decentralized reclaimed water projectIt is put forward clearly that the weight is " time-space " function: ?=f(x,y,z,t). It is a amendment to the sustainable degree weighted summation formula.There is sustainable development evaluation to reclaimed water resources project using reclaimed water project. The conclusions is that It has a higher degree of sustainable development relative to the municipal water supply and regeneration of municipal water supply to decentralized reclaimed water project.(5)Research of the project of decentralized reclaimed water' matching technologyAccording to the above research results,and combined with that grey water has lighted pollution.There are the technical ways to solve “a voice crying in the wildness” about decentralized reclaimed water project: The idea is to extract the target of pollutants in the water and make the water to recycle, the extraction of pollutants through the drainage system to sewage plant and central treated.It puts forward enhanced filtering process(including magnetism fluidized bed) as a decentralized reclaimed water project's matching technology. Using chemical method to prepare the magnetic particles with sodium oleate manganese dioxide, the particles have a characteristic of spherical shape and porous surface. The particles which under the action of magnetic field can forming column, and on conditions that without the magnetic field, are scattered into sand. The test results show that magnetism fluidized bed process has certain feasibility as the matching technology because it can absorb the target pollutants in grey water.Comprehensive research results shown: reclaimed water is need by market, it has certain economic profit space to sporadic reclaimed water project which can “on-site treatment”,but has "high investment, high risk " characteristic, so it is a key to solve “a voice crying in the wildness” to “on-site regeneration”.??====niitiiniittitptfp DSD101ww)(.
