| With development of the social economy, many undersea shield tunnels were built in our country. Since the environment of the tunnel is obdurate, the vehicle is often burning for the self-ignite and the collision when they passed the tunnel. That give much threaten for the safety of the life and the safety of the tunnel using. To meet the urgent need of fire safety system research for the undersea tunnels, base on the wuhan Yangtze River tunnel, this paper simulate of the temperature fields and thermal press on the ANSYS thermal analysis .This paper analysed particular fire-resistance of the tunnel research actuality and the research insufficiency of our country and abroad, base on refer to much literature. Aim at starving for solving the problem of the Yangtze River, researching followed:â… .Model Build: build the planar of substantiality model of the Yangtze River. Enactment the initialize condition and the limit condition in term of the fact. The compute parameter during computing is accord with the fact.â…¡ .Temperature Field Displacement: The actuality and the deficiency of the tunnel were analysed. Based on in dire of problems of the Wuhan Yangtze River tunnel, Three different kinds of fire-loadings on the shield of tunnel are simulated and analyzed by using the ANSYS software and conversation of the energy rules and the instant thermal transmit. Temperature field of the bottom, top and lateral in the Yangtze River tunnel are calculated with different fire load. Compare to the temperature displacement by the same fire loading. Compare to the temperature field of the same place by different fire loading. All could give a reference to fire-resistance design of Yangtze River tunnel and reference of the theory.â…¢.Thermal Stress: Thermal stress of the bottom, top and lateral in the Yangtze River tunnel is calculated with different fire loadings. The displacement of the thermal stress by three different kinds of the fire loadings were ansysed. The thermal stress of different places of the tunnel was compared at the same fire loading. Themost vulnerable sections in tunnel are founded.The result of the research show that the calculate parameter of Wuhan Yangtze river can reflect of all the information of the shield tunnel , that can support the fire-resistance of the shield tunnel and guide of the theory for the Wuhan Yangtze river tunnel that is building now. |
