In the procession of concrete hardening and congealing, much heat of hydration will be produced as the hydration reaction of the cement. All the heat of hydration accumulates in the internal and cannot distribute, so that the internal temperatures will rise, and then the cement will produce cracks and deformation even the destruction of the structure because of the inner stress and temperature deformation made by the temperature difference between inside and outside.This paper studies the temperature change of tunnel lining at the early stage, thus thermal stress of concrete. Firstly, analyzing with related theory, we can get the feasibility of thermal stress at the early stage; using ANSYS to simulate the temperature distribution and thermal stress of concrete lining of a tunnel, then analyze the results; finally, analyzing and calculating the reliability of the concrete tunnel lining's strength.As the concrete elastic modulus changes with temperature changes, consequently, in this paper we consider concrete creep effects to temperature stress when we simulate the thermal stress of concrete lining of a tunnel, which make the results more accurate.Through the study of early thermal stress of the concrete tunnel lining, we can provide an effective reference for tunnel Construction. |
