In the paper, the danger of dangerous cargo in package and types of accidents are analyzed. Combining with specialties of dangerous cargo containers transportation and dangerous cargo database of port, assistant decision-supporting system for the emergence of dangerous cargo containers in port area is developed.Firstly, advantages and disadvantages of three familiar diffusion models for dangerous chemicals in atmosphere, namely Gauss Model, Sutton Model, FEW3 Model, are analyzed. With the specialties of little calculation and simpleness, Gauss Model is selected. Atmospheric stability is an important influence factor for diffusion. Through compare P-G Diffusion Curve is selected for classification of atmosphere stability and Briggs is selected to confirm diffusion parameters. Toxic load method is used to realize partition of danger zones. Secondly, models of pool fire and gas explosion are analyzed, and partition of danger zones in fire accident is realized. Thirdly, according to the danger zones distribution from simulation, the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model for gas leakage accident is brought forward. Meanwhile for more complicated fire accident in container, according to situation outside the container and available data, the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model for fire accident in container is developed. Finally, based on dangerous cargo database of Jiangyin Port, taking advantage of leakage diffusion models, fire damage models and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation models above, assistant decision-supporting system for the emergence of dangerous cargo containers in Jiangyin Port is developed. |
