In this paper, the elevator special inverter is designed with the core of motorcontrol DSP TMS320LF2407, combining exterior circuit, and using novel SVPWMcontrol method. In order to reach requirement of bigness torque , highnessperformance of elevator special inverter, the real-time,anti-jamming and highnessprecision of system are improved in hardware. The novel SVPWM control is used toavoid dead-time effect. And the single neuron PID controller is used in the speed loop.The adjust function is improved obviously to speed. The output torque of motor isbetter by software & hardware to improve the performance of elevator control system.The main circuit is structured with 3 main parts of rectifier,middle filter andinverter. They are achieved with 6RI75G-160 rectifier model,electrolyte capacitancesand 7MBP50RA120 IPM model. There are protection circuit of avoid impact currentand protection circuit of avoid over voltage and lower voltage. The control to invertermodel IPM is the core of system realization, which is main part of control circuit. Thecontrol circuit takes DSP as core, include IPM control circuit,speed detected circuit,current detected circuit,power circuit,display circuit and keyboard circuit. The effectof driving,separating and controlling to IPM affects the performance of system. So itis the key part to improve the inverter. In this paper the controlled object is selected asPMSM. To realize SVPWM control based on exactly real-time detection of rotorposition. In this way, the vector transform is realized correctly, the PWM pulse is outexactly. The direction of compose vector is real-time upright with MF direction. Sodetection of rotor position is important part of improving inverter performance.The control method is SVPWM control. In this paper from SVPWM theory toanalyze negative effect of dead-time, and a novel SVPWM control method is usedwith composing 180 degree conduction and 120 degree conduction. As a result, effectof dead is avoided and the use of power is increase. In speed control loop, the singleneuron PID controller is used. It is proved with simulation that the speed controlfunction is better than tradition PID controller.It is proved that the control requirement of highness performance is reached byexperiment. It is suitable for elevator control system.
