With the development of capacity of power plant, the control system becomes more and more complex, and the hold of it becomes more difficult. The power plant simulation not only effectively trains the movement personnel, but also provides a very good platform for the entire power set and the control system research. The development of simulation modeling technology although makes the modeling easy, it also makes the model like one "the flight recorder", because the essence is a technology based like high language, it is difficult for users to improve it. This paper puts forward a new modeling technology based on control configuration software. It not only can solve the problem of " the flight recorder ", making the model more clearer; but also it makes the debugging more easier, cutting the debugging time. And on the basis of this technology, the paper designs a kind of new-type simulation platform based on configuration software. Not only the software structure is simple in this simulation platform, and the integrated degree is high, and the opening is very good which can dynamically quote the third maturity products. But also the efficiency of software is very high which it can run the whole power plant simulation system of on a notebook computer. Based on this new-type simulation platform, this paper builds the simulation system of the turbine digital electro-hydraulic control system for Huaneng Fuzhou power plant. As the platform adopts the same configuration software as the local, that means the man-machine interface and the control logic are not need to do repetitively, shorting the construction period. So the main works is building the model. This paper utilize laws of conservation fully, fluid network knowledge, data congeal method and data from local etc. to build systematic model. Base on the simulation system, the paper carries on the analysis and research of the DEH system of Huaneng Fuzhou Power Plant No.1 Unit, including the anti-interference ability of speed controlling, automatic valve switch of high original load and the Influence of valve trail to unit load. The one purpose is testing the reality of the system, and the other is doing system research. Also it is a test of feasibility and performance to this new-type simulation platform. This simulation system has been used by the Huaneng Fuzhou power plant at present. The running data of the system is identical with the local basically, and all main performances reach a good level. So the system has a certain project value.
