It is efficient to research the control quality of steam Turbine,the fault diagnosis of DEH and carry out technological training for the modeling and simulating of Digital Electro-Hydraulic Control System(DEH)of steam Turbine in the thermal power plant。There is no character of single component and clear physical concept in the model for traditional Process-Oriented causal modeling-simulating method,the reuse and the maintainability of simulating model are difficult,so the engineering application of simulation technology is limited。It has important theory meaning and highly practical value of engineering to research new modeling-simulating method and develop simulating platform of DEH。In this thesis,a new kind of modeling-simulating method,Non-cause and effect,Physical Object-Oriented and modeling-simulating method was put forward,regarding to the shortage of traditional method,based on the complete analysis about modeling and simulating technology of DEH。Using the method,the thesis develops the simulating models library of DEH including the components of electro-hydraulic servovalve,oil servo motor,fast unloader valve,EH pump,accumulator and so on under the simulating platform MATLAB/SIMULINK,it is convenient to establish the simulating model of DEH for the library and easy to research the system and fault diagnosis of DEH for the simulating model。The dynamic fault diagnosis database was established based on the research for fault mode and fault influence of DEH,in addition,based on Browser/Server framework,the DEH dynamic fault diagnosis query system was developed,which could be used from long distance through internet。...
