After a few years development, some of these universities make a good progress in many kinds of university range by right of the combination. It also turn out to be that complex universities are playing an important part in training of Personnel, construction of the postgraduate course and scholarship.View into the complex universities that are come later, they are all take external expansion as the way to become complex ones. But external expansion can just achieve scale merit, follow the road of connotation development that is advocated by the country, it isn' t the way to improve university' s inherence level. University' scale is not the bigger the better. Scale merit also has it problem of the position of scale. Finally, suggest improvements for the construction development of the university and the existing construction index, aim to promote the scale of complex university develop more reasonably.
