Fault detection for the non-effective single-phase earth system is an important taskfor ensuring the continuity of power supply。 But the spot records show that the effect isdisappointing. The problem isn't solved completely. Traditional single fault-detectionmethod using only some parts of fault information has poor reliability. The paper isbased on using information fusion, fuzzy set theory to integrate all fault detectionmethod. Entire fusion algorithm is realized at the TMS320LF2407 utilizing high-levellanguage C language and development environment CCS of DSP after emulating entirefusion algorithm by MATLAB. It was indicated that this algorithm is accurate andeffective by MATLAB emulation and dynamic mould laboratory emulation.
