In this paper, the developed flatform of DTS integrated the Power SystemModel and the DataBase Management System model together on the server. Basedon the multithread/multiprocess technology, the function of multi-user was cometrue. Having faster corresponding speed than the traditional one, the new way wellsolved the request of the real-time quality and the reliability of DTS. Based on thetraditional Oracle database, an improved real-time memory resident database modelis put forward which adopted the mulriple algorithm to query the emulational dataapace. At the same time, the new model used the lastest Oracle Class Librarytechnology to load the emulational result to the off-line Oracle database. In order tosend data to users actively, the queries of the clients were stored in the two differentlists. Aimed at the character of the real-time memory resident database, thetechnology of anonymous pipes was adopted in Inter Process Communication ofDTS which had the virtue of simpleness, safety, high reliability, fast speed andconsumming little memory resource.
