The Strategic Research Of Yinchuan Urban Spatial Development

Urban spatial strategic study is a kind of planning device research, which takes the government targets and the city problems as guide. It analyses and estimates the most important developing problem of urban and region from the macroscope of policy, economy and resource. Then the practical proposal offered on the basic of these.Now the urban spatial strategic study has been practiced by some cities while the urban in west China lacks in this kind of research in China. YinChuan is a capital city in west China, which made fast progress recently. However a lot of problems are discovered with the rapid growth of YinChuan's urban space. In order to provide assistance for the development of city and the amendment of the mster planning in YinChuan, this thesis analyzes the evolution of urban spatial structure.In this paper, the following contents are involved:Firstly, the relevant theories of international and domestic urban spatial development are studied. The author discusses the models, the dynamical mechanism and the regularity of urban spatial structure. After examining the researches on relevant topics, the author puts forward some conceptions to urban in west China.Secondly, the author analyzes the current advantages and disadvantages which Yinchuan is facing. Then it questions the evolution of Yinchuan's internal and external spatial structure, and summarizes the factors which influent the spatial structure. After analyzing, the author advances suggestion for Yinchuan's urban spatial layout.Lastly, the author estimates the last master planning of Yinchuan, and brings forward three concepts of Yinchuan's spatial development—the industrial spatial organization, the functional spatial organization and the ecological spatial organization.
